One keyword plus one location plus one device, tracked daily, counts as one tracked keyword. Desktop and mobile count as two. Tracking the same phrase in another location uses another tracked keyword for each device.

One recorded answer for one keyword question from one source in one run counts as one AI answer check. Each source counts separately. Checking Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity for the same question uses three checks. An answer without your brand still counts because the check runs and records the outcome.
Monthly AI allowances are separate from daily Google keyword capacity. They do not cover every tracked keyword across every source every day. AI answers vary between runs; we record whether the brand is named or the domain is cited, plus the position of the mention.
