Refund policy
Last updated October 20, 2026. Payments are final. This policy explains the limited exceptions handled by the administrator of the searchtracking.com service. Contact [email protected] about a charge. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Situations that do not qualify
The following situations do not qualify for a refund.
- You change your mind after subscribing.
- You do not use the service or use only part of your plan allowance.
- You forget to cancel before renewal.
- You cancel during a paid billing period.
- You select a plan or billing period that does not suit your needs.
- Your rankings, traffic or AI visibility do not improve.
- Search positions or AI answers differ between checks or from results you see elsewhere.
- A feature falls outside your plan or a usage limit prevents further checks.
- A partial interruption affects some checks without a complete service failure on our side.
The only exceptions
We review refund requests only for the following situations.
- A duplicate charge for the same subscription payment.
- A proven unauthorised charge reported within 14 days of the charge.
- A complete service failure on our side reported at the time it occurs.
We review the payment record and relevant service records to establish whether an exception applies. A request does not itself establish eligibility.
Cancellation and renewals
Cancel at any time in your account to stop subsequent renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not prorate unused time or plan allowances, including on yearly subscriptions. See the terms of service for subscription rules and rank tracking tools and pricing for plan details.
Consumers in the EU
For consumers in the EU, the right of withdrawal ends once you expressly agree at checkout to the immediate start of the service and acknowledge the loss of that right, where applicable law permits. This policy does not remove withdrawal rights or other consumer protections that applicable law requires us to preserve.
How to request a review
Email [email protected] with your account email and charge date. Explain which exception applies and include relevant details of the duplicate charge, unauthorized payment or complete service failure. Report a proven unauthorised charge within 14 days and a complete service failure at the time it occurs. Do not send passwords, signup codes or full payment card details.
We review your request and reply by email. Use the contact page for support guidance and read the privacy policy for how we handle the information in your request.
